Get & Deploy Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility is a simple process if you follow the steps below.
 
Requirements
Before you commence, confirm the following requirements:
- OS compatibility: Windows 10/11, macOS, or Ubuntu/CentOS.
- Admin rights on the computer.
- network access for the retrieval.
 
Download procedure
1. Open a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
2. Go to the official Cisco website or your organization intranet.
3. Locate the AnyConnect Secure Mobility installer for your OS.
4. Click the get download link and save the file.
 
Verify the download
Following the download process, verify the package:
- Size should correspond to the expected value.

Install on Windows
1. Right-click the installer and choose Run as admin.
2. Follow the screen prompts:
- Accept the license.

3. Complete the install and reboot if needed.

2. Follow the installation prompts, enter root credentials when asked.

Connect to a VPN
1. Launch the AnyConnect.
2. Enter the VPN server hostname.
3. Provide your credentials and any multi-factor verification.
4. Click Connect and confirm the VPN state.
 
Troubleshooting
If you face problems:
- Check network access.
- Restart the application.
- Reinstall the AnyConnect.
- Consult the log files for errors and search Cisco support.
